We make every effort to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice in accordance with the law.

We provide comprehensive services at each stage of criminal proceedings:

  • Investigative bodies (National Police bodies) - to conduct an effective investigation of cases of exploitation and abuse.
  • The Prosecutor's Office - for legal support and bringing the perpetrators to justice.
  • The Service for Children and Family Affairs - to protect the rights and interests of child survivors, provide them with support and assistance.
  • Expert institutions (forensic medical and forensic psychiatric expertise)

PANDA Children's Justice Center

We are creating the first PANDA Children's Justice Center in Ukraine, including a shelter, to develop an effective model of comprehensive assistance to affected children and their families.

  • We are initiating changes to the legislation on the protection of children's rights
  • We are developing an algorithm for interaction of an interdisciplinary team in the best interests of the child
  • We are planning to scale the Children's Justice Center model in other regions of Ukraine
